Team Cooking

SASASA’s cooking workshops set the participants in an informal and friendly environment. They are invited by our chef to assign roles and perform together all the steps of the recipe of the day. The activity brings the team together very effectively and enables the achievement of a very “S.M.A.R.T” common goal!

Total time: +/- 4 hours (cooking + tasting) – Adaptable timing

Possible culinary topics: Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, …), Mediterranean (Italy, Spain, Greece, fusion, …), Middle East (Lebanon, Turkey), the authentic French-Belgian cuisine, France-Asian fusion gourmet cuisine, molecular gastronomy, pastry or chocolate workshops (to taste or take away …)

SASASA proposes several options:
- The challenging formula ’Who’s the chef’ demands the participants to invent a recipe based on specific ingredients (more interactivity among participants and an additional “challenge” dimension)
- ‘Culinary quiz’ formula makes the activity more playful
